No. Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside or outside on the property.

Yes. 1 dog is allowed per room with a paid pet fee of $125 plus tax.
Check-in is at 4:00pm.

Pool is open year round. It is not heated. No lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk. Hours are sunrise to sunset. Choose your poolside chair to bask in the sun!
Rooms 11, 12, & 15 do not have a parking space. They may utilize off-street parking where available while following the City of Folly Beach rules.
All other rooms have 1 free parking pass for 1 parking spot.
Additional vehicles will need to utilize off-street parking and follow the City of Folly Beach rules.
50% deposit of the total price is due on the due upon making your reservation.
Final balance is due in full 7 days prior to your arrival date.

1 golf cart can be parked in a parking space, if your room comes with a parking spot. Parking pass must be visible.
RVs, campers, trailers, or boat trailers are NOT allowed to park in the parking lot.
Yes. All linens and bath towel sets are provided per person for the maximum occupancy of the room.
Yes! There is a gas grill & utensils provided in the pool area. Shared by all guests.
No, but many local restaurants and bars within walking distance.
